1. About
Pickind (一口) is provided by 刘一坤 (Liu Yikun). Contact: lyk1423812056@gmail.com. Effective date: 2026-11-08. Please read these terms and the Privacy Policy before use. They do not affect the consumer rights granted to you by law.
2. Features
The app helps you compare similar photos, score them, set extras aside for cleanup, write notes, compress and share. The exact features, free allowance and membership benefits are those of the current version and the purchase page. Some features depend on your device, system version, photo format, permissions or network. The app is not a backup tool.
3. You confirm every photo action
Grouping, scores, closed-eye hints and one-tap enhance are suggestions and may be inaccurate. Marking a photo for cleanup does not delete it; iOS asks you once more before anything is deleted, and deleted photos can be recovered from the system's Recently Deleted for 30 days. Compressing and editing rewrite photo files, so keep a backup of photos that matter.
4. Permissions and Apple services
Photo, microphone, speech-recognition and motion permissions are used only for their corresponding features, as described in the Privacy Policy. The App Store, iCloud Photos and Apple Maps are subject to Apple's terms.
5. Free and membership
Free use covers photos from the last 90 days with 200 cleanups per month; membership unlocks older photos and unlimited cleanup. Prices and periods are those shown on the App Store confirmation sheet before purchase. Reading these terms costs nothing. See the Subscription Rules for details.
6. Updates
We keep fixing and adjusting features. Significant changes affecting purchased benefits will be announced in advance, and we will not revoke benefits you already hold by changing these terms.
7. Intellectual property and liability
The app's software, design and brand belong to their respective rights holders; open-source components follow their own licenses; your photos and notes always remain yours. These terms do not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
8. Stopping use
You may uninstall at any time. Uninstalling does not cancel a subscription; manage it under Subscriptions in your Apple Account. Questions: lyk1423812056@gmail.com.
